You may have seen the logo and have heard the term, but do you know what it means to be a Bryant® Factory Authorized Dealer? To be eligible for this notable distinction, qualified HVAC companies have to meet stringent Bryant® requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Attending the required number of training hours and sessions offered throughout each calendar year
- Offering 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee within one year of the installation date if the customer is not satisfied with their Bryant® equipment
- Meeting Bryant® and distributor practice guidelines and complying with all local distributor requirements to be eligible as a Factory Authorized Dealer
- Ensuring that at least half of the technicians that approve each installation and/or service are factory certified by NATE®
- Displaying Factory Authorized Dealer decals on one of the following areas: company vehicles, website, signage, uniforms or advertisements
- Registered in the Dealer Locator
