From start to finish my experience with Nimmer was pleasant. I felt like Marie really understood my problem and connected me with Blake who she felt would be the best person for the job. I found Blake to be very honest with me about my furnace. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. What I really liked was there was never any pressure to purchase anything. I asked him about a membership plan!!!! When I scheduled my repair with Beth it was easy and convenient. After one scam company and a second opinion I am so glad that I got this third opinion from Nimmer!

We have been using Nimmer for over 20 years. They are our go-to people for all our heating and air conditioning needs because they are responsive and reliable. Recently, we saw a leak coming out of our furnace. We called Monday morning and they came within a few hours. They found a critical part of our furnace (that they had installed 20 years ago) had corroded and carbon monoxide levels were high. They shut off our furnace as a safety precaution. Nimmer was able install a new furnace just two days later. The work was done efficiently and the workman left no mess. We were pleased the initial service technicians who came, the furnace installers, and the office staff. Everyone was helpful and efficient. We trust no other company for this work.

Blake and Josh were both courteous, fast, and efficient. They found the issue within minutes of arrival. They found and picked up the part. Fixed the furnace and were out the door within

1.5 hours. I had called 2 other companies that I have used in the past, they were not able to get here before late afternoon. My heater was up and running by10:30 using Nimmer heating and air. This will be who I call first in the future. Thanks guys for a great job.

Our furnace went out and it was subzero weather. I called Nimmer heating at about 7:30am and spoke with Beth. She said, Let me work on this schedule and I'll call you right back, which she did. Joe, their service man was at our house by 10am. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He fixed the problem and there was no added costs. It was very reasonable. I had several calls in to other Heating companies and no one else treated my situation like it was an emergency. I was not a customer of Nimmer before this happened but they treated me like I was. They treated me as a high priority. I am really impressed with Nimmer Heating and Air conditioning and I will sign up for the annual cleanings. They cared about us and I will be a customer of Nimmer for life. Thank you Beth and Joe!

We have been doing business with Nimmer Heating and cooling for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are a honest and trustworthy company. Today Mike Kurth came out because our furnace was not working- within minutes he knew what the problem was and helped us make an informed decision after checking for warranties and parts. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained all our options. A very stressful situation became easy and not so stressful with Mike helping us to make the right decision and saving us money. I had annual service performed on my furnace by Joe, who is clearly very knowledgeable. He was professional, provided education regarding my furnace, and answered my questions. Provided excellent service. Was able to fix our furnace within 24 hours. The technicians Blake and Mathew were great at explaining the issue and getting the part replaced in a timely matter. Beth was the best dispatcher I’ve ever talked to! She was the most personable, thorough, and helpful person I’ve talked to in a long time. Our technician Mike was fantastic as well. He made me feel like an expert and explained how he fixed our heating issue. He even faced a challenge outside with his window of his truck, and handled things very professionally. 2nd time I’ve had you guys out for service (different homes) and I’ll never call anyone else. We recently used Nimmer for a new furnace & AC install and they were fantastic!! Malinda was great and had great communication throughout the process. I had to reschedule my install date due to a WE energies delay, and Nimmer was extremely accommodating. The install went seamless with no issues. Pat was wonderful and showed us how to use the new thermostat and explained what he did in the basement for the install. Would absolutely use Nimmer again! 10/10 recommended! Wonderful business and employees!

Nimmer has been one of the best companies we've ever had to do work for us. I can't say enough on how quick, reasonable, professional and workable they are! We had a new boiler system put in and Pat and Josh were so courteous and quick! They double checked our system before leaving and never made mess anywhere in my house. I vote 10 stars out of 5. We have used Nimmer on two occasions. It has been wonderful to use this company! We’ve spoken to Beth on the phone who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and sweet. She is very personable and was able to get Joe D. to our house within a few hours on a day when our air-conditioning stopped working. Joe was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain a lot of the details of what was going on with our system. Joe came back again to install a smart thermostat for us and tuneup our furnace. I have really appreciated his thorough work and his professionalism. I would highly recommend Nimmer.
